Club members can track their progress live and appear on the map for other club members to follow. It's a great way to know where everyone is when out on club meet ups.

Live tracking is provided through the Map My Tracks app which is available for iOS and Android devices. There are two apps that can be used to track your progress live.

  1. Map My Tracks app - this app provides live tracking and detailed analysis of your activity.
    Get the app

  2. Map My Tracks Endurance app - this app is designed for long distance activities or if you prefer not to use too much power and deplete the battery on you phone. Endurance pings out your location at set intervals, eg. every two minutes, and will run continuously for over 24 hours.

A public club is visible to anyone. Anyone that visits your club app will see your meet ups and can request to join the club.  Guest users are able to post messages on meet ups according to your club settings. However, chats, members and the live map are still restricted to approved members only.

A private club is only visible to approved members. Anyone can request to join the club but only approved members have access to the club.
